For those that have garments made from Polartec Powershield:

How is the breathability of the fabric? Especially compared to a stretch woven fabric like Schoeller or other that does not use a membrane.

How is the water resistance of the fabric? Especially compared to a stretch woven like Schoeller or other that does not use a membrane.

Does the fabric pill in rough wear areas (front of shoulder, thighs, etc.)?
 
I've used a pair of powershield pants. They seem to pull more than dryskin on the off trail, perhaps a tad less wind protection. I find the soft shell wind protection to be rather minimal.

There are a lot of variation in dryskin as well, I', comparing it to the thinish stuff you find on the MEC ferratta jacket.
