*Red Shirt* blaze on AT by Old SpecK

Hiked to Old Speck today before watching the Patriots. What is with the two standard white AT blazes painted on an old red poly shirt wrapped around a tree close to the summit???

It was there on 9/16; looked fresh enough that I considered snagging it but decided against it.
