Shell dilemma

Ok, here's my dilemma: I'm looking for a new shell, and I've narrowed it down to the Arc'Teryx Theta LT and the Mountain Hardwear Tenacity, but which one do I go with? Does anyone have any experience with either shell? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Arc'Teryx

I use an Arc'Teryx (I'm a big fan of most of their products) and love it. I find it does a great job of keeping moisture out, but also has enough zippers to allow my upper body to breathe.

That said, I think Mountain Hardwear gear is nothing to sniff at. I just haven't worn any of their clothing so I can't attest to it.
