Snowshoeing...

Considering snowshoeing at Pawtuckaway this weekend. Does anyone know current trail conditions? Happy to take recommendations for other locations in NH with lots of fluffy snow and unbroken trails! Thanks!

In N central Mass, not far from Mt Monadnock, we got about 1 ft of nice fluffy powder. The Monadnock region usually gets about the same as me, perhaps a little more so it should be great shoeing anywhere in the Monadnock region tomorrow. Our Saturday group will be leaving Monadnock State Park at 8:15 tomorrow morning for a nice 5-7 miler in search of unbroken trail. Join us if you wish, we can always use another trail breaker, but don't expect anything like your avatar.

Southern NH is getting dumped on this morning. I'd be willing to bet that Pawtuckaway will see some benefit from that, although it seems to be right on the northern edge of the heavy stuff.
