Hiked Sugarloaf and Plateau from Elka Park
Faint tracks part of the way to the Col. 1" crust on top of soft 8" -12" of powder, deeper up higher and where drifted.
Broke trail up to Sugarloaf and Plateau with Catskill 3500 club
Snow started sticking to snowshoes later in the afternoon which added some weight. Trail broken to both summits and viewpoints.
