I have taken advantage of the Trapp Bierhall while skiing.

From the article that peakbagger linked, "While getting tipsy before alpine skiing is inadvisable, cross-country skiing back to your accommodations at the Trapp Family Lodge, which sits on 2,500 acres, could be a more responsible option — as long as you’re a competent Nordic skier and are only planning on sipping a pint or two."

After "sipping a pint" we came back out to ski to the Lodge. The weather had changed, temperatures had dropped below freezing and the wind had picked up. Once beautiful conditions had now iced over. A more competent skier would have foreseen the change in weather and packed the klister wax for the climb back to the Lodge.
