Date of Hike: 12/22/07

Trail Conditions: Trail is broken out all the way to the west peak. Loose powder over consolidated snow beneath makes for slippery going on the slopes.

Special Equipment Required: Snowshoes and poles. Crampons might be useful for the steep sections before the east peak.

Comments: Greeley Ponds Trail nicely packed by skiers. Osceola Trail is still quite loose, however which made decent somewhat difficult without glissading. Thanks to Jeff, Dave, Beth, and Melissa for sharing the trailbreaking effort between the peaks.
