Trail conditions: Notch road and side trail to Dinsmore well packed out and groomed by snowmobiles..Bearcamp trail broken out ..soft in spots..Mead Base back to the Notch not plowed with drifted snow..

Equipment: I used snowshoes on the Bearcamp portion as a knee stablization tool but the others barebooted with little problem..

Comments.. Felt the need to get out a bit today so I joined Helen and Mary for a dog friendly stroll up in the Notch..It got a little interesting when we intersected with a 10 or 12 dog sled team but they quickly turned around once they got a good look at Ozzie...Beautiful animals and they were sure full of energy..Rest of hike uneventful Beede Falls beautifully ice capped..all snow bridges intact..

A couple of notes..Road not plowed out to Mead base and according to road agent won't be for rest of year..park at the turn off at Sandwich Notch road..
Wentworth Trail not broken out..Crawford Ridgepole Trail not broken out.. On the way back through Holderness...Morgan and Cotton Mt trailheads both plowed out and both trails broken out...
