Battell trail fairly well packed by snowshoers to summit, but somewhat loose; We went up in snowshoes or crampons, but microspikes or barebooters seen also.
Temps about 23 with pure blue sky--wind < 6mph. Visibility PERFECT to see ~100 miles!
Still snow on spruce branches, and "hoodoos" still around summit.
Difficult to leave on such an excellent day.
