Not sure what to expect as we started out under gray skies but no rain was falling so we didn't hesitate. We saw the first patch of snow just before the campsite but no real snow until on the ridge. All very easily negotiable in bare boots, but poles came in handy from time to time. More snow in the col between Liberty and Flume, but still easy enough.
One stream crossing on Liberty Springs was easier with poles but there are several good options to cross and stay dry. Trails in good shape.
