Trails: Caribou Valley Road, AT, Sugarloaf Tr., Spaulding Spur Trail, Mt. Abraham Side Trail, herd path, logging roads
Trail Conditions: This 18 mile trip had it all: a river crossing, rock scrambles, muddy trail, dry trail, birch glades... everything.
Comments: This hike was an epic hike for us. From the drive up the CVR, to the most beautiful summit of Mt. Abraham, to the adventure of our walk out along an unofficial trail and unmapped logging roads. See the extended trip report section for details.
