took awhile to spot any ice but once we got up, it was all on the trail. The rock slabs past the Liberty Cabin were tough to manage with a puppy. I turned back about .3 from the summit before the chute up to the summit. It was tough to manage with microspikes in spots and our pup lost his footing so I made the call. I assume in a couple of days, the rest of the ice will be gone. Ill go back and get this one from Champney Falls next time. The climb up is a good one, but gets real slow up in the really melty sections. Pictures and Blog
