I'm heading up to the norhtern Lake George region the first weekend in June and wondering how the bugs have been.., It's been a wet spring for the region and I'm guessing Black Flies and Mosquitoes are going to be in abundance but was wondering how folks experience with them of late has been.

IN two weeks I'll be spending a week in the northern Lake George region and was wondering how the mosquitoe activity has been? I know I'll get out and do some hiking but I also wanted to bring the kids on some shorter ones but when the bugs are bad that is more effort than it's worth.

Hunting activity was very strong this past weekend in the Lake George, Schroon Lake and Brant lake region.
