This climber certainly is lucky to be alive! What an amazing effort to save his life and rescue him!!
Thankfully they were wearing helmets, which certainly had to be a factor in saving his life! If he has Head Injuries with one, death more than likely would had occurred without one!

Iroquois is another deep, muddy trail in other seasons, along with between Donaldson and Emmons for a short distance. Of course the Santanoni's is another big muddy mess along the Bradley Pond trail.
Just don't cut back too much. If you deprive your body of all the great things you loved before, you will end up rebelling and starting to binge on those foods you loved before, as you will start to crave them. You can eat anything you want but in moderation only. Instead of 4-6 slices of pizza...
Very beautiful photos. I bet a few of these would make it in the National Geographic Magazine or any Outdoor Magazines. I just love the ones of the moose in the swamp with the Autumn Foliage.
