One goal I set each year, and have never done (yet), is to hike all the 5K peaks in the Northeast in one year. They are such nice peaks that returning year after year is a pleasure. I usually get all the NH ones each year (doing each one as a separate hike), and I sometimes have done one or two of the other three, but time and distance (and sloth) have kept me from doing all in a year.
Maybe next year.

Then, how many years doing them all in one year...a nice goal that you can't rush, just wait for the next year.
