Trails: Long Trail from Lincoln Gap for Abraham and Ellen / Ski trail for Killington / Monroe Trail for Camel's Hump / Long Trail, Hazelton Trail, road walk for Mansfield

Trail Conditions: The Long trail is in great shape and easy to follow from Lincoln Gap. There is ample parking for this trailhead with a lower lot a hundred feet down road. For Killington I parked at the ski area and hiked the access road all the way up, stay to the side of the trail as there are mountain bikers and ATV's on the trail from time to time. A nice alternative approach to hiking in the woods. Monroe Trail to Camel's Hump is in great shape. The parking lot gets full fast on a weekend so get there early, there is the winter lot you can park at if it's full a few tenths of a mile before the regular trailhead. Long Trail over Mount Mansfield is fine, the Hazelton Trail starts off following the ski trail then bangs a left into the woods at a wooden sign. Parking for the Long Trail up Mansfield is on the side of the road, if full, there is a picnic area a few hundred feet north with a restroom you can park at, this is where the LT north goes back into the woods.

Comments: Beautiful two days in Vermont, I really enjoyed these peaks and look forward to heading back in the fall and winter. Nice to meet and hike with Erin, who hiked hiked her first NE 4K! :) Report / Pictures
