Date of Hike: 4/26/08
Trail Conditions: Dry down low, Snow most of the way, deep in many spots. beautiful clear summit.
Special Equipment Required: Snowshoes helped!! After a few deep spots we decided to shoe up and never regretted it. Could have been done without the snowshoes, but very helpful.
Comments: Beautiful day , first trip to the Adirondacks and i loved it. Great views of the Great Range. Thanks to Gail for introducing me to the Adirondacks. We only saw 5 fellow hikers the entire day which Gail assured me was odd.
