Camping in the Pemi Wilderness

I'm planning a backpacking trip to the Bonds and would like to have some infos.

I would like to set up camp around the junction of the Wilderness and Bondcliff trails.I know I'll have to camp 200 feet away from any trail.

I want to know if we are allowed to make campfires in this area.

Here are the Official camping rules. No camping or fires are allowed within 200 feet of the trail or the river; fires are discouraged elsewhere but allowed.
