Wondering what the latest word is on these trail to Mt Isolation. Thought I had read one of these trails is beat up pretty bad. Maybe not. Heading out for a couple of nights. Davis Path, Rocky Branch and Dry River Trail.

Hey Chaco,
I haven't been out that way in a while but much of the southern part of the Rocky Branch Trail was closed for extensive damage from Irene. I was on Isolation a couple weeks back but from the Glen Boulder Trail and down the Davis Path from the North. This is one of the WMNF links on the closures. Rocky Branch from route 16 near Pinkham Notch to the Isolation Trail is open on the northern end.
