Freestep 6 vs microspikes

Sorry if this was brought up again recently but does anyone have experience with the Freestep 6 vs the Microspikes. I am in need of a new pair and if possible would like to spend less if the Freestep is reliable. Also anyone know of the Mil-spec ice crampon availability? They used to be at Sportsman Guide and Barre army navy but can't find them anymore. I remember a lot of good feedback on them for nearly 1/3 the price of microspikes.

Am also looking at Hillsounds Freestep6. Maybe someone could comment on whether or not they are easy to get on and off when you're on the trail.

I`ve been using them since last winter, and think they`re just as good as the "katoola`s", but a lot less money. I also have the "trail crampons". They have more aggressive spikes, somewhere between microspikes and full crampons. They work VERY well. They are both easy to put on and take off.
