First good news in few years on the population. I saw a set of muddy tracks crossing the end of my road near RT2 last weekend. Usually a calf and cow seem to take up residence in string of wet areas near where I see the tracks, unfortunately they don't pay attention to cars and trucks so there is fair share of moose accidents. With the black flies coming out, I expect they will be moving to the more open areas along side the roads.
