A few bare spots down low other than that good firm snow with little evidence of prior post holing. Wore micro-spikes until we hit the snow fields where I opted for crampons. Sarah stayed with her Hillsound crampons, a slightly beefier version of micro-spikes. Great day with little wind and unlimited sun.
