Hiked a loop from Cabin Trail parking, over the Gordon Path, up the Kelley Trail, Lawrence Trail to Cabin Trail, down the Whitin Brook Trail, down Old Paugus Trail and back to NH 113A on the Bickford Trail. Lot's of redlining joy.
Cool and windy. Lots of new sticks and small-to-medium branches in the trail. Snow started around 2000 feet ... just barely covers the ground, no need for traction but tricky on descent with wet leaves underneath. Mount Whiteface had a white face in the morning, but bare rock when I left mid-afternoon.
