Trails reported on:
White Dot: Well-broken. Packed snow. Ice in spots.
White Cross: Same as White Dot.
Cascade Link: Broken for most of its length.
Red Spot: only a few people had been up and down it.
Old Ski Path: only one person (not wearing snowshoes) had been up it
In general if you were on one of the broken paths: snowshoes would be unnecessary. It is possible to freeboot it, but I would advise microspikes. Crampons would be a bit of an overkill.
The weather was absolutely beautiful (but windy up high) and it's supposed to be great again today. So what are you waiting for? Get out there.
