Trail conditions: plenty of ice on both trails. Just a dusting of old snow. A few blowdowns, mostly on Brook.
Equipment: microspikes helpful. I barebooted to the summit, because it was entertaining to pick my way around extensive patches of flowed ice. But I would have been faster with the spikes on. Wore them on descent.
Comments: gorgeous day. Chilly but not windy. I had the summit to myself. The last stretch of unpaved road to the Brook/Liberty trailhead is rougher than usual, due to recent logging activity, but is still passable.
