Date of Hike: 1/1/10
Trail Conditions: All trails to the summit were well packed. Last night left a dusting on the trails and approx another inch fell as I made the journey. A couple minor blowdowns all easily hopped. Bushwhacked 100 yards by-passing the first 2 stream crossings. 1 stream crossing was open an additional 2 were dangerously thin (good thing I'm light weight).
Special Equipment Required: I MSR'd the entire loop. Ascended clockwise and traction is needed for the steep sections. Previous visitors butt-slid down the South peak making some sort of traction essential.
Comments: I couldn't think of a better way to spend New Years day.
