We took the Pine Bend Brook trail today. I thought we might have the trail to ourselves but there was quite a bit of traffic. The trail is in overall good shape. Not nearly as much mud as we expected. What there is, is avoidable. There are several blowdowns on this trail but none got in the way. We started in a drizzle and ended in a more steady rain. The rocks on the steeps became quite slick, but we ended without any incidents. No views today, totally socked in. Still a good day out with Liz, James and Dooley.
