Up Osceola Trail from Tripoli Road. Generally dry trail with a few muddy spots. No biting bugs but L-OT-S of flies.
No cars in lot at 7:30 am, almost full at 1:30 upon return.
First time over to East using this trail so got to experience the chimney 2x (out and back). Must be an awesome winter hike. A bit of a killer on the feet by the time we were back to the car, lots of rock-hopping.
Great day to be out and one of the best views in the Whites, IMHO.
