I use Mountain Berries. I find them on the trail and put them in a stuff sack. Warning: they taste horrible, even when cooked so use them only for sleeping.sleeping bear said:

I usually do the clothing in the stuff sack in the fleece.
Last time out, I took a nap with my headphones on and used a 12x12 Aloksak bag about 1/2 filled with air to support my neck. It was very nice with a poypro shirt wrapped around it.
One of the best I've used was the pillow I made of white pine needles at the head of the mattress I made of white pine needles near the lean-to on Big Rock Pond in the Pharaoh Lake Wilderness. (I just put a ground-sheet over the needles and pitched my tarp over the top. Very comfy and snug.)
