Trail Conditions: Dry at beginning, until usual wet spots after 1st height of land, and then wet all the way to Isolation it seemed; the 5 water Crossings are much easier with poles; some Downed Trees before the Davis Path junction
Special Equipment Required: poles for the water crossings
Comments: this is a very wet hike, even in such a dry summer. Check out the well-camouflaged wasp nest on a silver-gray birch at about 2600' elevation before the height of land
