Trails: Hudson Highway ski trail, Tri-Color ski trail, unnamed AT connector, Appalachian Trail, Gray Ghost ski trail
Beautiful day to get out and hit these two peaks. There are no snowmaking operations in progress at Saddleback right now, though with their opening slated for December 15th, I expect they'll be starting soon. The ski trails were icy in spots, and Gray Ghost in particular harbored some hidden icy sections under a light coating of snow. The AT was icy coming off Saddleback, with sporadic ice in the col, and in the first 0.2 of the climb up to the Horn.
Great day out with Xar, as she committed a mans remains to the winds.
