Trail Conditions: Slippery Brook Trail from Baldface Circle Trail to Baldface Knob Trail was virtually snow-free; a little wet but no major problems. Baldface Knob Trail also clear. Some slick spots on South Baldface ledges.
Special Equipment Needed: none
Comments: Highly recommend this approach to South Baldface, if you want to avoid the steepest of the ledges. Slippery Brook Trail well-marked; views from Baldface Knob terrific. A great amount of moose "sign" on upper Slippery Brook Trail/lower Baldface Knob Trail.
