I provide the data for Essex, Hamilton and Herkimer counties, at about 12 locations....it's about over for this year, unless we get a significant snowfall.

For current snow conditions, this site is great:

I believe the site defaults to Snow-Water Equivalent, but just change the "Physical Element" box and zoom in.
