AT from CVR to South Crocker and herd path to Redington and back. Skipped Crocker as it was getting late and starting to fog in upon my return to South Crocker. Only good views were late morning from talus fields towards the Bigalows.
CV Road bridges require care in driving over. I have a pickup truck and slightly bottomed out because of dips just before the bridge planks ,and rocks sticking up out of the road. I dug out one large rock and threw it aside. Be careful to avoid any "oil pan removers".
I saw at least a dozen grouse along the road and on the trail.
