I just saw it on the news -- all 4 were rescued and are in good condition.

stranded and fined

I heard last week 4 pples from philly had to be rescued in VT and were fined for(?)not being properly outfitted an/or prepared. I dont recall any other details except those but the story made me smile all the while

This group was very fortunate...just because we want it to be summer does not mean it is summer. And even if it is summer you still need to be prepared in the mountains.

That was four skiers who went out of bounds at Killington and spent the night out, back in January. The update was the fine announced by the state for the search and rescue effort.
