Saturday, September 28 – Mt. Kinsman Trail, Rt. 116, Easton, NH. Join Trailwrights as they concentrate on continuing the work started on September 14th. The planned work basically involves moving rocks and setting rock steps in a badly eroded section of the trail. This area is two miles from the parking lot at the third water crossing and approximately 100 yards below the Bald Peak junction. Given the great weather forecast for Saturday, the water levels should be at seasonal lows, unlike on the 14th. Bring gloves, sturdy boots, lunch, and water; tools will be provided. Meet at the trailhead at 8:30, located two tenths below the Easton/Franconia town line and diagonally across from the tennis courts. More info, PM or email brucedottie 125 at gmail dot com

If your work happens to continue on the following weekend, I'd be happy to help and learn. It was amazing to see just the bit that transformed a little section on that wet 9/14.
