Upper Works Indian Pass trail to Summit Rock

Can anyone tell me the condition of the parking lot at the upper works? Also what the condition of the Indian Pass trail is to Summit Rock? And the ladder too? I will be up there Columbus Day week and want to do that part of the trail.
