Route taken: please see my trip report, because the winter access points have changed! I've given detailed directions in the trip report.
Conditions: packed snowmobiled trails all the way to the col, then varying levels of snow - less on White Cap, more on North Kennebago. N. Kennebago was really quite hard going, and I certainly didn't follow the path of least resistance!
Equipment needed: skis, snowshoes, lots and lots of energy, and a few prayers!
