Went up the Ammo from the cog paking lot. Base raod is plowed and drivable.
Lots of snow and wore snowshoes the entire day. Trail breaking was slow. Some patches of ice but the not enough to switch over to crampons. Snowshoes make more sense when there is a lot of snow. There is quite a bit of snow in the mountains now. Saw a few other people during the day but suprisingly none of them had snowshoes. Wicked cold but hardly any wind on the summit. Beautiful views in all directions.
