Experience with AquaSeal?

Can anybody give any testimonials about AquaSeal waterproofing for leather boots?

I'm not looking for testimonials about animal oil based treatments (like limmers) or waxed based treatments (like SnowSeal or Nikwax) as I've triead all of these.

I'm specfically interested in knowing...

1) Does AquaSeal do a better job waterproofing?

2) Does it pose significant risk of damaging boots since it is a silicone based treatement?

Lastly, does anybody have any links to tests for different waterproofing treatments?

Backpacker's Mag had a review of boot waterproofers several years back. I recall they liked Nikwax Aqueaous treatment and gave Sno-seal a middle rating. Don't recall if they reviewed AquaSeal, but it might be worth a search.
