Mt. Cabot Cabin?

Does anyone know if it is now on reservation/fee service or if it is still informal? Also, does anyone know whether the spring is reliable lately?

I know the cabin information is on the site somewhere but my search skills seem to have failed me.

The Mt Cabot cabin isn't yet in the online reservation system. I'd call the ranger station to verify the situation.
