    Bicknell has more views, but the Circle trail comes out closer to Eagle Crag. Go clockwise, up the ledges on South.

    I agree with Raven. I've maintained my section (Baldface Circle trail section) for 13 years now, and enjoy it a lot. Grab one of these if you aren't already, and give it a go.

    I had a couple of hours to kill while in North Conway on the 23rd and got about halfway up. Absolutely no sign of snow anywhere on that day. Hope this helps.

    Hiking Skirts

    My kilt is still going strong! I've been wearing a Sportkilt now for about 8 years, only switching to hated pants for hiking during really cold weather. I've only had a couple kilt mishaps during that time; call it a learning curve. The kilt is the perfect hiking attire, warm in the winter...

    I also kinda like the summit signs. I wasn't really sure that I'd hit Wildcat E until I'd gotten to the ski-lift and had strolled over to each false peak that I'd come to.
