    Multi-Fuel Stove Question....

    I have both - prefer the Nova, largely because of the metal and seemingly bombproof pump. Repair kit is available - does not come w/ a windscreen, however. The Dragonfly is also a superb stove. You won't go wrong either way.

    6 miles running = 45-60 minutes of hard work (depending on the hilliness) 6 miles in the Whites = 3 hours of hard work. So I'd go with a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio myself
