Attempted SW Hunter from the Diamond Notch Tr. up the scree slope. Found it too steep and icey to proceed with just snowshoes. We went down and took the Devil's Path Tr. to herd path cutoff. Little new snow on hard packed trail. Herd path in good condition right to summit canister. Sunny skies and temps in the teens made for a great hike. Congratulations to Steve Hatfield on his FINAL W35.
