Many adopt-a-trail volunteers already know this from their Region Leaders, but it is also available to all AMC volunteers. On July 14&15 at Camp Dodge there will be a Wilderness First Aid class open to all volunteers. This is being done at a greatly reduced cost, and an optional CPR class may also be available (additional cost) if enough interest is shown.
For more info, contact your RL, or you can PM me and I can forward your email to those responsible. It is filled first come, first serve until it fills. I cannot guarantee it isn't already, only that I will pass on the info.
In the interest of full disclosure, I am not an AMC member, but I am a trail volunteer, so this is not an attempt to make big $ for any organization. I just feel we are all a bit safer the more of us out there with WFA education and training.
