Mt. Washington's westview camera captured this nice shot of a line of hikers descending from the Rockpile. Decent composition and lighting, for a webcam! I thought it might be an EduTrip but the schedule doesn't show any trips for today. Could it be a VFFT expedition?

Doh! Of course, I meant a VFTT expedition. Thought I'd put in my mea culpa before someone calls me on the typo.

I like the rarity of the image. That camera is usually obscured by snow & ice (since it faces west), and the hikers had to be in the right place at the right time, and what's the refresh time on those cameras? 10 minutes? I'm glad I was able to grab it.

Deja Vu

Kevin Rooney posted a trail conditions report on "Rocks on Top" about his hike up Washington via the Jewell trail. He even posted the same exact shot from the webcam.
