Doesn't look too bad for $15 but I haven't checked it out.

Points facing each other and use compression straps with fastex buckles to cinch them in place. Squeeze the two plastic buckles and no zipper to deal with when you need to get to them quickly.
Depending on which pack I'm wearing, they go: on the bottom, on the crampon patch on the pack back, or on top(then with rubber protectors).
