Does anyone know if EMS offers a low price guarantee?

I don't know if it is an official or advertised policy, but at the North Conway store (worked there one summer), if a customer came in and said they'd seen the same item at a lower price at such-and-such store, we were to confirm and then match the price. They've also matched prices for me. EMS wants happy, repeat customers.

I emailed EMS and they responded saying this...

Hi Brent,

We would have to verify that the item is in stock at the competitor in the exact same style, year, size, color, etc. And, we do not price match with online only retailers. We can only price match is the competitor has physical stores.
