I'm forsaking the four kays this weekend for a walk along one of my favorite ridges, with a slightly different twist: a semi- or total bushwhack from the Percival trailhead to where the Doublehead Trail leaves the old highway. Total milage: about 9.5. Total elevation gain: about 2K. Pace: unhurried.
