Trail Conditions: Leafy down low, a bit of snow and slightly icy up higher on the WRT. The stairs near the top were slick. A few washouts before and after the steps, probably going to need some serious work. There were also a couple of blowdowns on the steeps of the WRT.
Ethan Pond trail in extremely good shape, looks like lots of recent bog bridges were installed between the WRT intersection and the pond itself(we didn't go farther).
Special Equipment Required: Winter layers, light traction up high.
Comments: Beautiful day in the mountains. The high wind predicted for the presi's had me looking for sheltered approaches at alternate destinations. It turned out to be a great time!
